Floating Dreams
Set against a rich background is an array of poppies.
The background is the tapestry of our lives. The
shapes and shadows are both imaginary and tangible.
Some forms are mythical while others shows the
passage of time in our personal lives with the
unfolding of events and memories.
In the forefront are our dreams and aspirations,
personified through a bed of abstract flowers. Many are
lying dormant. As they encounter the "blueish" source
in the bottom right corner of the canvas, they take flight.
That bluish source is the catalyst which makes the
dreams reality and aspirations rise. This energy
source could be many things.. water, air, gust of wind,
a singular event in our lives. It is that which makes a
difference in our daily lives and propels us to greater
things.
The question is: "As your life unfolds, where do your
dreams and aspirations take you today?"
